The Technician ll, Formulations is responsible for formulating custom oligonucleotides according to the customers order using various techniques.
This position reports to the Formulations Supervisor and is part of the Commercial and Regulated Products Value Stream located in Coralville, IA, and will be an on-site role.
SHIFT: Monday-Thursday, 9:00pm-7:00am
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Follows custom instructions outlined by Oligo Master Records or Manager Approved Process Flows
Keeps thorough records of specialized processes in the oligo process history
Organizes and handles customer owned materials as well as non-standard reagent formulations
The essential requirements of the job include:
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
Some laboratory experience
Proficiency in a variety of PC software programs with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
An associate degree or higher
12 months of lab experience; Life Science work experience preferred
Extensive computer skills which include knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
