Collaborate with clinicians, IT teams, and stakeholders to improve workflows and user experience.
Lead design, development, and implementation of MyChart features and enhancements.
Analyze clinical workflows and validate impacts of MyChart configurations.
Resolve complex support issues escalated from customer service
Mentor junior analysts and guide best practices.
Participate in testing, documentation, and training development.
Support on-call/upgrade rotations and attend relevant committees and project meetings.
