You will report to the Head of Merchandising.</p><p></p><p><b>About the Job</b></p><ul><li>Help grow eCommerce Team at Beyond Yoga by managing all site buying and merchandising functions and providing business insights using analytics to achieve financial targets</li><li>Help team develop and continue to grow a online presence and be extremely focused on the customer experience on site</li><li>Lead the eCom buying and site merchandising strategy, creating compelling assortments to achieve financial goals and meet customer demands</li><li>Analyze sales on regular basis and work with brand merchandising, design, sales and planning teams to build eCom product strategies</li><li>Participate in design/merchandising product review meetings; coordinate with Sales and Planning teams to be aware of Wholesale buys and product flows</li><li>Partner with planning to manage the eCom open-to-buy and inventory needs</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly/quarterly reporting to aid in accurate seasonal plans and strategy creation, such as KPI weekly dashboard, top/bottom sellers, and quarterly business reviews</li><li>Analyze business to identify opportunities, provide recommendations and work in partnership with manager to accomplish</li><li>Build weekly product flow guides based on eCom buys</li><li>Partner with eCom management and marketing teams to create product messaging for digital campaigns based on product buys and current data analytics</li><li>Support the coordination and review of all site merchandising related activities to ensure accuracy and understanding of product intent: timing of product go live on site, categorization, imagery, copy, pricing, promotional strategies, markdowns, product tagging and product page, shelf or feature build outs</li><li>Manage promotional calendar for pos and markdown activities</li><li>Support and partner with marketing on eCom photo shoots</li><li>Review competitor websites to ensure industry agreement on categorization, promotions, trends</li><li>Continue to stay up-to-date on digital commerce industry trends and strategies</li><li>Partner with teams across the organization including merchandising, design, planning, sales, global sourcing, marketing, finance, and operations</li><li>Provide merchandise-related information, product knowledge to Customer service teams</li></ul><p></p><p><b>About You</b></p><ul><li>Minimum of 4 years experience in an eCom merchandising/buying/marketing role</li><li>Strong retail math and analytical skills; data manipulation</li><li>Systems Knowledge: Intermediate/Advanced level Excel (can perform complex functions), PowerPoint, Google Systems, Shopify</li><li>Knowledge in RLM and Asana</li><li>Experience in the Apparel Industry or omni-channel environment</li><li>Merchandising, Marketing, Business degree or related discipline</li></ul><p></p><p>We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
