This premier comprehensive disability conference focuses on the intersection between race and disability, offering a diverse range of workshops and general sessions. At the 13th Annual African American Conference on Disabilities, notable attendees included Secretary of State Adrian Fontes, Commissioner Thomas Hicks, and Thomas Collins. Their presence added to the conference’s significance and highlighted the importance of addressing disability rights within the African American community.
