Organizers told Creative Loafing Tampa Bay photographer Phil DeSimone that Friday night's crowd was the largest they'd seen for St. Petersburg's new Rise Up concert series where Ludacris arrived to throw 'bows and act a fool alongside a city that's probably spending Saturday inside since the forecast calls for rain all day.
