I like to call all of that theoretical experience. No one has more combined theoretical and practical experience in the field than me. Find another scholar who existed as a criminal under the constant threat of imprisonment or death for 13 years in the underbelly of society. I've been to about 40 states in those years, what other scholar has that type of field experience? I've been homeless, I've walked the streets all night in some cases...all this in refusal of bowing down to the system. Never spent a night in jail or the hospital during that time.
Mind you, I have a degree in Electrical Engineering! No felonies on my record.. I can get a 75k/yr job at least, at any time. I had to put this out there because I've found a bias in Chat GPT that I'm going to expose in a few and my background may come up as a result of doing so.
If I'm not qualified to come up with such a system..... then who tf is? I don't see anyone one else who has proposed a system to end systemic racism. From what I can see, they're mostly scared to talk to white people about this. As Dr. Umar once said... they don't care about ending systemic racism..only how to improve their place within it.
