Dear Diary,
I can do this sh*t everyday. Between racist articles and past emails that went ignored...I have so much ammo that they literally have no answer for. This is so much fun! Exposing liars who really don't give af about "dismantling systemic racism."
The next entry is critical because it's the second email I've sent these mfs claiming that the goal of Philanthropy "is to be a partner in planning and an investor in real social change." Here's the article for reference: https://www.philanthropy.com/article/ibram...
Here's the first email they ignored:
Dear Editor,
I am writing in response to Eboo Patel's recent commentary on the implosion of Ibram X. Kendi's Center for Antiracist Research. As someone who has researched and critiqued the flaws of antiracism for years, this scandal comes as no surprise.
In fact, I attempted to warn the philanthropic community about pouring millions into antiracist ventures without proper oversight. Back in April, I issued a press release (https://www.openpr.com/news/3041632/new-treatise-disputation-on-the-power-efficacy-of-antiracism) and penned a book titled "Disputation on the Power and Efficacy of Antiracism" arguing that antiracism is an inadequate approach for dismantling systemic racism.
My research indicates that antiracism fundamentally misunderstands the nature of racism by individualizing it as a matter of personal bias. By recentering white feelings, it provides symbolic absolution without challenging oppressive structures.
As an alternative, I have developed a counter-racist methodology called Planetary Chess. This education-based framework empowers marginalized communities with knowledge and resources to unite and dismantle racism from below. It avoids top-down grifting by investing directly into impacted populations.
I believe the philanthropic sector needs to engage in serious self-reflection about the failed antiracist projects enabled by a lack of diligence. My counter-racist work offers a substantively different model that could have better served social justice aims. As you cover this important story, I hope you will highlight grassroots voices like mine that saw the flaws clearly before disaster struck. It is only by learning from mistakes that we can build an equitable society.
Sincerely, Janga Bussaja Philosopher/ Social Entrepreneur ==============================================
Dear Editor,
I hope you’re having a nice day. I replied to an article on Sept 29 relating to Anti-racism and the philanthropic sector. Clumsily, I forgot to attach the research upon which I made claims that “antiracism fundamentally misunderstands the nature of racism by individualizing it as a matter of personal bias. By re-centering white feelings, it provides symbolic absolution without challenging oppressive structures.” This research has been analyzed by AI driven softwares as “pivotal in rethinking and enriching the discourse on racial prejudice.”
When I look back at my neglected correspondence, I’m still a bit perplexed as to how a prestigious philanthropic organization such as yours would be uninspired with my foresight and subsequent scholarship arguing that antiracism is an inadequate approach for dismantling systemic racism a year before the news in September. Nonetheless, I must again blow the whistle because my research shows that Antiracism exacerbates race relations as verified by recent trends and data surrounding the Great Replacement Theory.
If the goal of philanthropy is to to be a partner in planning and an investor in real social change, the sector should be motivated by the research paper accompanying insight behind these statistics since the birth of Anti racism:
-Statista.com reports that, “the rate of fatal police shootings among Black Americans was much higher than that for any other ethnicity, standing at 5.9 fatal shootings per million of the population per year between 2015 and January 2023.”
-5 of top 30 deadliest mass shootings in the USA happened since 2020 (2 of these shootings have strong resemblances of the Great Replacement Theory)
-5 racially motivated shootings this year that resembled the Great Replacement Theory
Additionally, these statistics on hate crimes can be verified on the FBI Crime Data Explorer:
-Total hate crimes increased from 9,744 in 2020 to 11,613 in 2022.
-Anti-Black hate crimes accounted for 52.57% of race-related hate crimes in 2020, dipped to 49.55% in 2021, and increased to 52.12% in 2022.
-The percent increase in total hate crimes was 23.90% from 2019 to 2020, 11.09% from 2020 to 2021, and 7.28% from 2021 to 2022
Mr. Kendi was subject to a review after many assumed that he squandered an appreciable portion of $55 Million. He kept his job as that appreciable portion was verified; however, the “lampooning” of the movement seems appropriate due to the fact that little to no progress can be seen, leading many to conclude that antiracism is an unfruitful cash grab.
In summary, my research shows that the goal of antiracism is to guilt trip white america into giving away power, intensifying the Great Replacement Theory. The system I have created aims to educate black america in avoiding traps that perpetuates systemic racism. In the continued denial of this research in presenting a plan to Empower Black America, I often wonder where are the philanthropy professionals who really want to make a difference on racial inequality??? I’m on a mission to find them. I’d appreciate your esteemed voice in the matter but your denial will serve to my benefit as well.
