The Financial Alliance for Racial Equity held an event Finding Your Fit in Financial Services on Wednesday, October 19th. It was inspiring to see all the college students and young professionals working toward their goals. The sponsoring firms—Advisor Group, Franklin Templeton, Nationwide, NFP, RBC Wealth Management, and Swiss Re--offered professional headshots, LinkedIn coaching, resume reviews, and interviews for internships and full-time positions. Our keynote speaker, Earn Your Leisure, emphasized the importance of sharing insights and knowledge so those around us can be empowered.
