Deloitte Partners with HBCU CONNECT to Host Successful Diversity Hiring Event! (6297 hits)

On Thursday, July 21st, 2022, Deloitte partnered with HBCU CONNECT to host a very successful diversity recruitment event that exceeded attendance expectations by more than double.

Deloitte was looking to hire more black professionals and established a partnership with HBCU CONNECT, the largest professional network for HBCU Students, Graduates and Black Professionals.

Here are a few highlights from the event:
1. There was a goal of 50 candidates but HBCU CONNECT delivered a guest list of over 500 resumes from interested candidates, 250 confirms and a max concurrent of 140 attendees on the call.
2. We had lots of great questions from candidates in the chat and breakout rooms.
3. We had a great keynote from Malcolm Jackson and an awesome panel from Austin, Alex, Chenay and Maryann!
4. The folks at Deloitte did a great job bringing the event together with us once again.
