What is your most memorable contribution as a Campus Queen?: My most memorable contribution as a Campus Queen was when I traveled to the Delaware School of The Deaf as Miss Lincoln University. It was the first time they ever had a Campus Queen enter their school and "speak their language" according to one of the young Queens. I had the opportunity to make personalized crowns with them. I left knowing that I'd inspired the young deaf students and helped them realize that they could do and be anything in this world. Seeing their smiling faces made me feel like I completed my job as Miss Lincoln University. I always tell myself that it's more than just about the crown and sash that I wear. It's about changing lives and making others understand their worth, especially the youth!
