Miss Prairie View A&M University 2011 - 2012 (9803 hits)

Greetings PV Nation!

My name is Lakesha Shanee Clark and it is with great honor and prestige that I serve as Miss Prairie View A&M University for the 2011-2012 academic year.

With the external growth of Prairie View as both a city and university comes much needed internal growth amongst the students. Therefore, my platform focuses on the Prairie View "Man and Woman" growing in 3-D: Mentally, Physically, and Spiritually. These three dimensions are vital in the maturation process; thereupon, I believe that planting these seeds will essentially harvest and cultivate our college community of today into productive and successful Panthers of tomorrow.

Again, I can not say how much of an honor it is to represent this distinguished institution of higher learning. Therefore, as we embark on the journey of another school year, I will continue to hold true to the ideal of the Prairie View Women and carry on the legacy of being a Proud Panther of PVAMU.

Hope you have a phenomenal school year and I plan to see each and every one of you on “The Hill”!
